Third time of the awarding by Richard Burns Foundation brought a new element into the usual men discipline as Ekaterina Stratieva, Bulgarian woman-driver who got the prize, showed that not only men can be fast. Ekaterina did the whole rally in a good way from the beginning until the end of the rally. Her 8th place overall with 2WD Citroën C2 R2 is remarkable. Her behaviour, charisma and mainly results at the end of the rally were highly evaluated by spectators with huge applause at the finish ceremony and also by the RBF committee which decided to give the award right to Ekaterina.
